Summer Essentials
Summer arrives and life takes on a different colour, everything seems to make more sense. The freedom and passion that this season, which has just begun, awakens, brings out the best version of ourselves, and this is reflected in the home. It is said that a house is an extension of the soul of the person who lives in it and takes care of it, as well as a reflection of their passions and tastes.
Personality is reflected in every corner of the rooms we live in and, in one way or another, the trends of the season affect our tastes. This “what’s in” guide should be an inspiration, but not a step-by-step guide. A personal touch should always be added, and only then will the inspiration become your own.

As every summer, sailor stripes or the vivid colour of seasonal flowers have a place in our home, as well as light fabrics and soft shades that bring light to our favourite corners as in the case of the materials Aria White and Glem White. Most summer trends are here to stay, and over the years they become a hallmark of the season.
Cherry “Boom”
Cherry red tones are one of the trends par excellence of this 2024 and, therefore, cannot be missed to charge your home with personality this summer. Thanks to its striking contrast with neutral tones, such as Montreal White Nature, you can achieve great changes and surprise family or friends who visit your home. Cherry red can bring that touch of distinction and character to the home, without overloading the room. With just one curtain in this colour you can turn any corner of the house into the favourite of everyone who visits.

Matcha Tea
Just as cherry red is here to stay this summer, greenish tones reminiscent of the famous matcha tea are also on the rise. The characteristic colour of this trendy drink is not unknown to professionals in the sector and, thanks to its pastel tone, it has become a key option for this season, as well as other similar tones. These pastel colours create spaces of tranquillity and visual peace such as Calacatta Green, which with its characteristic greenish veining gives a natural and organic character to spaces.

Pure blue
There is nothing more summery than shades that exemplify the blue of the sea or even the traditional refreshment without generational barriers: lemonade. The blue of the Blue Roma makes you think of summer and, together with yellow, both become the shades par excellence with which to accompany the home during this time of year. In general, a small blue detail in a space with natural materials can become the perfect balance between the strident and the sophisticated.

Nature code (material y light)
Spaces with natural light play a fundamental role this season, as do the spaciousness and versatility provided by the Bottega Caliza material, as together they form the perfect combination. Terraces become the epicentre of gatherings, and should be spaces that convey peace and warmth. They are places in which to relax with comfortable sofas, surrounded by nature, light colours and, above all, where visual noise is non-existent.

Vintage and new
Everything is coming back. What is enriching about the return of fashions from 20 years ago is the fusion with the new, giving rise to unique and exclusive combinations. Retro furniture has become a key piece in interior design, as has the Alpinus White collection, which seeks to balance the lines of the new with the shapes, colours and textures of what was once a trend. A union that gives the corners of the home a history and a life of their own.

Abstract figures
The union between Astana Grey Polished and abstract forms also adds interest to the home. Abstract art is becoming increasingly influential in interior design, and homes are becoming museums in which to relax. Together with vintage furniture, abstract figures form a unique and distinctive aura in comparison to other homes. The variety of shapes is nothing more than an artistic expression, turning the interior designer into a painter and the home into a vast canvas on which to let inspiration fly.
