Our technologies
Titan
Metallic finish
Surface design with metallic hues.
The TITAN process uses special metallic inks during the digital printing process to add a metallic finish to the ceramic. This effect adds a modern and luxurious touch, elevating the ceramic design to a new level of sophistication.
Application Process:
• Digital design: The design is printed onto the model.
• Metallic ink printing: The special metallic ink is applied by the digital printing machine to the designated areas of the design.
• Firing: During firing, the metallic ink fuses with the surface of the ceramic, creating a durable metallic finish.
• Cooling: The piece is cooled, ensuring that the metallic finish is perfectly bonded and long-lasting.
Advantages:
• Modern aesthetic: TITAN provides a metallic finish that adds a contemporary and sophisticated touch to any ceramic design.
• Customisation: The technique allows for the creation of unique designs with bespoke metallic effects.

Lumen
Selective embossing
Decorative embossing in selected areas of the design.
The LUMEN application incorporates the use of water-repellent inks in the digital printing process to create embossing and textures on the surface of the ceramic. This innovative technique allows pieces to be designed with three-dimensional effects that enhance the visual and tactile appearance of the ceramic.
Application Process:
• Digital design: The design is printed onto the model.
• Water-repellent ink printing: On the digital printing machine, the final print head applies a water-repellent ink to selected areas of the design.
• Firing: During firing, the areas with water-repellent ink deform slightly, creating a relief that can be either raised or recessed. • Cooling: The piece is cooled, consolidating the relief created by the water-repellent ink.
Advantages:
• Realistic texture: LUMEN allows you to create textures that mimic natural materials with impressive realism.
• Design versatility: The technique is highly versatile and allows for the creation of a wide variety of customised patterns and textures.
