«La vie, chez nous» is conceived as a living room with a 1970s soul that transcends its function to become a statement of style and creative freedom. Inspired by the 1970s, the project offers a space designed to be enjoyed with calm and authenticity: chatting, listening to vinyl records, reading or simply spending time there without pretence, in a captivating and deeply sensory atmosphere.

The design is built around a rich combination of textures and materials such as wood, textiles, carpets and geometric patterns, which evoke the spirit of the era, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Warm tones such as oranges and greens interact with caramel-coloured woods, whilst stone and ceramics provide contrast, depth and a modern interpretation of the whole.

In this setting, XTONE takes centre stage with two of its materials. Alpinus White is seamlessly integrated into the fireplace, the worktop and the pillars connecting both elements, creating a sense of architectural unity and visual coherence. Its use across large surfaces reinforces spatial continuity and brings light and balance to the whole.

For its part, Camouflage introduces a textural counterpoint with great personality, adding texture, character and a distinct identity within the space. Its presence enriches the overall composition and reinforces the project’s narrative, establishing a dialogue between the natural, the decorative and the architectural.
